A lot of people initially asked us on the reason behind -‘Why build affordable homes , when the whole market is into luxury home segment?’. We used to modestly answer-‘Food, Cloth and Shelter are the three basic needs of a common man. At Malar energy and infrastructure private Limited we want to build homes for the common man at an affordable price with all lifestyle amenities’. Actually we meant what we said. That’s how SRI RAJARAJESHWARI TOWNSHIP was born.

Sri Rajarajeshwari township is an affordable township near trichy studded with amenities like Maharishi Vidya Mandir CBSE School, 24 x 7 drinking water facility, Shopping mall, Hospital,and much more inside the campus.This project was conceptualised and implemented keeping the common man in mind.
